At the age of 50 I realised that years spent at a desk with very little physical activity had caught up with me. I was unfit, had poor eating patterns and had very little body tone, I needed to take some action if I was to improve the situation. Enter Salih Aydin.
Salih’s delightful, encouraging and persistent approach to my training has been an amazing journey. Three years later I am proud to say that I have never been as fit or healthy. I am now a slim and toned. My physical strength has improved dramatically.
My personal training sessions are the highlight of my week especially boxing which is a great stress relief for me. I am now happily addicted to exercise and feel fantastic.
And its all thanks to Salih.
